Distribution of Tasks (Content); Publicity
It is the unit responsible for conducting, recording and archiving official correspondence within and
outside the university.
Areas of responsibility of the Directorate;
- Preparation of daily correspondence, remittances, ensuring the follow-up of paperwork,
- Document distribution (out of unit) mailing works,
- Distribution of cargo coming to the institution and sent out of the institution,
- Taking an active role in the organisation of the regulations and directives issued by the university,
together with the relevant units, and carrying out the amendment and publication processes,
- Taking necessary initiatives to ensure that the correspondence of the units comply with the
generally accepted correspondence rules adopted by the University,
- Archiving a copy of all external correspondence of the University,
- Making the first records of all written documents, petitions and applications received by the
university,
